Question: How do I get the cottage assessment's early pay discount?

Payment by check.

  1. If paying by check, simply write the check for the discounted assessment as listed in the invoice description.
  2. Early pay discount payments for the cottage assessment must be received by February 28.

How to pay online

  1. First you will need to log in to your owner portal.
  2. Once logged in you will see details surrounding your unit(s), owner info, association etc.
  3. If you have multiple properties, you can pay for them all simultaneously by clicking on the Multiple Units Payment Button at the top of the screen.
  4. To pay for an invoice related to a single unit, you can click on the “make a payment” button or go to the Menu in the top right corner and select make a payment. As seen below. You can pay for the invoice in part or in full. If paying in part, you simply need to type a different amount in the Payment Amount window.
  5. Once on the payment summary page you can select the payment method that you would like. If you have a saved payment method you can select that one or enter a new credit card or ACH one-time payment.
  6. Discount - If you are paying the cottage assessment in the early pay discount period, the discount will not automatically be deducted from your payment amount. The amount of the discounted cottage assessment will be stated in the assessment invoice's description. You need to override the suggested payment amount by typing in the discounted amount. Once your online payment is finalized, and if it was made within the early pay discount period, a credit for the discount will be posted to your account which should bring your account balance to $0.
  7. After a successful payment the owner will see a receipt as well as be automatically emailed a payment receipt as well.
