Question: How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, take the following steps.
- Click the Owner Login button on the top right of the screen.
- Enter your login ID and click Next. If you've forgotten your login ID, contact the office.
- Click on “Trouble signing in?”

- Enter in your email address and click “SEND.” If you do not have an email address, contact the office for password reset help.
- Check your email for the password reset email.
- Click the link in the email and create a new password.
If you wish to change your current password, take the following steps.
- Log in to your portal with the Owner Login button on the top right of the screen.
- Select 'Settings' from the menu bar on the left-hand side of the screen.

- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen where you will see a button to request a new password.

- Check your email for the password reset email.
- Click the link in the email and create a new password.
