Question: How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, take the following steps.

  1. Click the Owner Login button on the top right of the screen.
  2. Enter your login ID and click Next. If you've forgotten your login ID, contact the office.
  3. Click on “Trouble signing in?”
  4. Enter in your email address and click “SEND.” If you do not have an email address, contact the office for password reset help.
  5. Check your email for the password reset email.
  6. Click the link in the email and create a new password.


If you wish to change your current password, take the following steps.

  1. Log in to your portal with the Owner Login button on the top right of the screen.
  2. Select 'Settings' from the menu bar on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen where you will see a button to request a new password.
  4. Check your email for the password reset email.
  5. Click the link in the email and create a new password.
